All prices displayed on this website are set by us.

Your card or bank statement will show D2fwebsites as the merchant for this transaction.
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, specific varieties, colours or containers may occasionally be unavailable.
Where necessary, we may make substitutions to ensure the order is fulfilled. Any substitution will be of equal or greater value and will reflect the original style and colour palette as closely as possible.

Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
We take great care to ensure that all flowers are delivered fresh and in excellent condition.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where possible.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Where a refund or replacement is appropriate, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund agreed will be processed back to the original payment method.
